"Stopped bye after the Bub speed trials. We were on vacation from Iowa and wanted to know where the scenic roads were at. The staff did a great job of marking our map and recommending a great place to eat in Salt Lake. "I stopped in during a trip w/my GS with no appointment, hoping for an oil service. Not only did Andy take care of the oil service, he made time to take care of all my other squaks as well. I have owned & bought a lot of bikes & there commitment (Danny & Andy) was a breath of fresh air with there help & courtesy.
I bought The KTM '07 minnie Adventure 50 for my Son, & a KTM '06 625 SMC for my self.
I also own a '06 Triumph Sprint ST, although I purchased in Los Angeles (where I moved from not to long ago), I am pleasently suprised & happy on well the service Department takes care of me & my bikes.
I have no questions that I will seek them out on my next purchase."

"I had my 2006 BMW K1200 LT's 6000 mile service and they installed a UNI-GO trailer wirering harness. Andy is great to work with and the shop looks great also. I will make it a point to stop in any time we are back in the area. Good Job!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I purchased my '05 BMW 1200LT one year ago. Renn was very was very helpful and has been the one stabilizing factor at the dealership since. Everyone's been great, enjoy going in and looking at the bikes (current plans are for a Classic Rocket III in the future!) getting a cup and just, for the most part, going where you are treated like a bit of family. Some rough transition times this spring / summer, but I trust Jamie and Kevin will pull through and keep the shop as friendly and personal as it was when I first came looking for a bike a little over a year ago. They have the know how with "Z" and the others in service and now that Andy's at the desk, he should smooth things out! Had some difficulties getting parts in the past, but Jeremy appears to have that under control ... the 'on-line' service / parts request(s) are a great addition, and I trust they'll be working soon! Its been a great year riding the best Touring bike on the road, I look forward to many more miles and great service and friendship from my local BMW dealership!!

"Customer service and sales, at it's best, develops a long term relationship with the customer. BMW generally has prided itself on this, and Salt Lake BMW epitomizes it. I bought my 2004 R1150GS from the shop, have had all of my service done there, and bought several accesories. I have also participated in a couple of shop rides, and frequently gone into the store, just to look at things and shoot the breeze. Everyone has always been helpful, kind and willing to answer my many questions patiently. When I have had problems, issues or concerns, they have always been addressed promptly, efficiently and with as much concern as if they were the problems of a big shot.
